#7 Inside the mind of a master procrastinator

1. demanding (noun) : something that is very bad or a failure, especially when this is very annoying or disappointing

> Because of the weather, the parade was a total disaster.



2. gratify (verb) : to make someone feel pleased and satisfied

> He was gratified by Lucy’s response.



3. procrastinate(verb) : Formal to delay doing something that you ought to do, usually because you do not want to do it

> People often procrastinate when it comes to paperwork.

Summary of the talk
In this talk, the speaker has told us that, procrastinator----which is all of us, have three main entities in our mind.

The Rational Decision Maker
Which is the one who makes sensible choices and tries to make sense of things in order.
The Instant-Gratification Monkey
Whose one and only priority is to find what’s fun and what’s easy.
The Panic Monster
Who appears just before deadlines to strike fear into our hearts about the dire consequences of the Monkey’s actions.
