The Harvard Happiness Study is the quantitative study of positive and negative affect, well-being, quality of life and life satisfaction. In this study, 724 men were tracked for 75 years, catch up their situation all along the way without knowing how their life going to be. The research staff will collect the questionnaire about the lives of the men every two years. The lessons of the study are good relationships keep us happier and healthier. I'm not surprised by Dr Robert's findings. The quote of Confucius "It is always glad to see a friend from afar." always remind us that having a good friend will make us happier. Lastly, in my opinion, I can't agree anymore with the quote "money is everything" as well as getting a good life, just donate to me if you do not agree with that. Thank you.
